2. About the service
Realty Japan is a licensed real estate brokerage and an information hub for foreign investors and owners of Japanese real estate. The Service includes guides, area information, market articles, FAQs, tools, and the ability to request a consultation or proposal. Our consultation and proposal service is provided as described on the site; brokerage fees, where they apply, are disclosed before you proceed.
3. Eligibility

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realty Japan and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the competent district court having jurisdiction over our registered office in Hokkaido will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
