  • Transaction information — where you proceed with a service, identification and documentation required by law to complete a real estate transaction.

  • Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

4. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiries and provide consultations and proposals;
  • introduce properties, partners, and services that match your stated requirements;
  • carry out and administer real estate transactions you ask us to support;

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

  • Local partners and professionals — vetted brokerages, judicial scriveners (司法書士), tax representatives, and other professionals, only as needed to deliver a service you have requested;
  • Service providers — vendors who host our website, send our emails, or provide analytics, acting on our instructions;

  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation, subject to this policy.
