Deal Sourcing
We identify assets through our own owner relationships, cooperating brokerages, regional partners, developers and operators, and professional referral networks — plus targeted searches to your acquisition criteria.
Initial Opportunity Screening
Before presenting, we assess broad alignment — location, asset type, price range, existing income, indicative yield, occupancy, age, size, ownership structure, operator or tenant arrangements, strategy, hold period and value-add potential.
English-Language Investment Materials
Where available, English summaries covering property overview, location, land and building data, current use, tenant or operating status, revenue and expenses, indicative yield, and ownership and transaction structure.
Financial & Operating Information
For qualified buyers we help request and organize rent rolls, lease summaries, historical income, operating expenses, occupancy, hotel results, capex, property tax, management and operator agreements — subject to NDA and proof of funds.
Local Stakeholder Coordination
Communication with sellers and owners, listing brokers, local companies, developers, operators, managers, architects, construction firms, judicial scriveners, attorneys, accountants, lenders and other specialists.
Site Visits & Management Meetings
Property inspections, management and operator meetings, development site visits, market tours, meetings with agents and advisors, and follow-up information requests.
Negotiation & Transaction Coordination
Communicating interest, coordinating a letter of intent, clarifying commercial terms, arranging due diligence access, supporting negotiations, organizing the local team and tracking the process.
