Managing DirectorA family business in Furano since 1973 — from a family-run hotel in 1989 to a full-service property management company in 2006, toward a licensed real estate company in 2018, Masaki leads All About Furano (operating now also as Realty Japan) and personally oversees foreign-buyer engagements from first inquiry through ownership and beyond. He works alongside Naomi Ikeno, Director, and a bilingual local team based in Kitanomine, Furano — at the foot of the ski slopes the company has called home for three generations.
