Glad to see you all the visitors of Realty Japan website. I'm Yoshikazu Terayama from Terayama Real Estate Co., Ltd. After graduating from Chuo University, I worked at Mito City Hall for 25 years. After working in various departments, I was in charge of the vacant house issue in the Housing Policy Division of the Urban Planning Department for three years, and from that experience I decided to work on the vacant house issue in the future. After obtaining a license as a real estate agent, I left Mito City Hall and worked for a real estate company before opening my own business in Nakane, Hitachinaka City, my hometown, in July 2024. My company acts as a consultation desk for property owners who are having trouble managing vacant houses and vacant land. We aim to revitalize the region by reducing the number of vacant houses and vacant land, focusing on the buying and selling of used properties.
